Francine Wachtmann, JD, CHC. Francine brings over 25 years of experience in the fields of healthcare law and regulatory compliance.
Francine joined Boston Heart Diagnostics in 2017 as the Vice President of Corporate Compliance. In this role, she serves as the Compliance and HIPAA Privacy Officer for the Laboratory. Additionally, Francine works with Boston Heart’s corporate parent, Eurofins, to support and advise on issues related to legal and regulatory compliance for all Eurofin’s US based Clinical Diagnostic Laboratories (“NDSC”).
Francine brings over 25 years of experience in the fields of healthcare law and regulatory compliance. She has focused on providing Clinical Laboratories, Life Science Companies and other health specialty providers and organizations with practical solutions to complex legal and regulatory compliance challenges.
Francine’s undergraduate degree is from Colgate University (“BA”) and her law degree, specializing in Health Care Law, was completed at Suffolk University School of Law (“JD”) in Boston, Massachusetts. She is certified in health care compliance (“CHC”) by the Health Care Compliance Association (“HCCA”).
