Tests Per Tube

Quick Reference Specimen Guide

Please review the Quick Reference Specimen Guide to determine which tubes are needed for the tests occurring.

Individual tubes must be labeled with patient name and DOB to avoid specimen rejection.

General Collection Rule

It is good practice to fill all the tubes to minimize a Test in Question (TIQ) from arising.

Note: A special order for the Green Top Tube is necessary if a Troponin Test is being performed. Please contact customercare@bostonheart.eurofinsus.com to place order.
